The service was very good, as well as the food. The medium rare steak I ordered was cooked perfectly, the shrimp was good too, and the fries were ok. The dining area was clean. The parking lot is in great condition and the grounds are well maintained.

Worst meal I have had in a long time.  The service was excellent--the food was bad.  I ordered a sirloin steak medium.  The waitress even showed me a picture and I confirmed that I wanted it medium.  It came with a medium stick in it.  She had me cut it in front of her and it couldn't have been more done without it being a brick.  She asked me if I wanted to send it back, but there were 3 of us and we were needing to eat and leave.  I couldn't ask them to wait, so I told her no.  The steak was so over cooked that it was tough and totally dry despite the sautéed onions under it.  I won't eat there again.  When they first opened, the food was good.  No wonder they weren't busy at 12:30 p.m.

We are there last night. After we were seated at our table we waited 20 minutes before anyone came to our table. After she took our drink order we finally got them 15 minutes later (watered down) the 10 minutes later we got our rolls. Another 15 went by and they finally took our orders. After about 25 minutes we got our food. I had by then lost my appetite. After a few bites we decided to ask for to go containers. (We did have a baby with us and she wasn't happy). I received the check to pay and I had 4-$10 gift cards. My total bill was $44. We I finally received the receipt back they only allowed 27 for my gift cards and I tried to get them to explain why I didn't receive the 40 I had. No one could. By that time. I just paid the difference they didn't accept and left. This is the 3rd time that I have had trouble at this location and I will not be returning.

Arrived at 7:11 pm there was no line or waiting. Finally walked back to Hostess stand to ask for a waiter/waitress at 7:26 pm. A waitress came took or drink orders, which she got wrong, while she was away from table a waiter showed up, wanted to take our drink orders. Go figure. Anyway long sorry sorry got out good a burger and my wife ordered an appetizer for her meal and we received them at 8:00 pm. Not horrible time but really for what we ordered seemed like a very long time. Food was o.k.but the service never got any better. I rarely write negative reviews or complain but at some point if someone doesn't let them know it's bad they could never fix the issues.

Hopkinsville location has the worst service. Terrible location. Grill cooks do not cook the meat to order and get mad when you ask for it to be re cooked. Would not recommend this location!!
