My little sister wanted a pair of heels from Lola shoetique for her prom, but we knew we’d risk them not arriving on time (without paying the extra money for next day delivery). Her prom is this Saturday as in tomorrow! Luckily I seen on their website that you can actually schedule a pick-up. So I go to place my order, but I couldn’t figure out how to check the “pick-up” option (I couldn’t see a tab or link). I sent an email to their customer service, and to my pleasant surprise they responded right away! Francisco was my Lola rep and he explained how it worked. His detailed instructions made the process a breeze! He answered all my questions (in a very timely manner). I’m very satisfied with my purchase and customer care.

I reached out to Lola customer support via email regarding an issue I had on a gift certificate. I was contacted by Francisco within hours of my email being sent. The level of customer service that Francisco provided was excellent! Responsive, helpful, friendly, just over all fantastic. Thank you Francisco  for helping me resolve my issue, it was a pleasure  working with you!

I'm a frequent Lola Shoetique customer.  I normally, don't have problems with their shoe sizes.  However, my shoe size for my latest order came in smaller than normal.  I called customer service to reorder the two shoes I needed.  I spoke to Francisco, he was the most kind, patient, and helpful rep.  He was able to honor everything that was included on my original order.  He went out of his way to help me out with my needs.  I greatly appreciated his help.  THANK YOU FRANCISCO!!

So yesterday I was placing an order online and it completely slipped my mind to use a coupon code I said I was going to use .. so I contacted Lola’s customer care and explained the situation and Francisco was the nicest person ever. He said he would give me what was supposed to be saved from the code into store credit .. most places wouldn’t do that. They would just ignore and say well that’s your problem. But Lola’s representatives are so awesome! Best customer service ever.

I just recently ordered my first item and it’s actually perfect! I’ve been looking for the specific item for a long time now and I’m glad i finally found it. The more important thing for me was the quality of it and i wasn’t disappointed. Not to mention, shipping was so much faster than i thought it was going to be. After receiving my item, I wrote an email telling them how satisfied I was with the entire transaction. Tony responded to me very quickly, showing me there are REAL people working in the customer service team and that they actually care. I love everything about this shop! ❤️
