i've been ordering avocado smoothie with boba for a long time now,  and only 2 times, they've got my order right. whenever i order avocado, they give me honeydew melon. i think they get confused between both of the powders because they're both green. i'm ordering from a different place from now on. >:(

I once went here midday and there were no customers in the store. I waited at the register patiently for the two elderly employees, who were watching something on their mobile, to notice me for about 5 mins. After,I started calling out, "Excuse me. EXCUSE ME." even then, they still did not look up after this whole time. I should mention they also had a ringer at the door, that when you walked through it, it would *ding dong*. As someone that works customer service for 4+ years, this was completely unacceptable to be so unaware of your own store. I haven't gone there since.

I love this Lollicup! The boba drinks are always great, and the owner and staff are all so nice. I've been going here almost exclusively for years!

The Lollicup  best tea bar I have been to.  A Chula Vista in the area and amazing costumer service. Great place to study or just stop by for a drink. The environment and decor is just another plus.
