I don't usually give bad reviews nor do I like giving them, McDonald's has a mobile app that lets you order and get your food when you arrive, you check in once there and they make your food and bring it to the curb side area. Ordered my food on the mobile app, drove down from my work and checked in. I waited and waited, finally decided to go inside to ask them about my mobile order. They looked and it was just sitting there.. they handed it to me, waiting for my food had taken up my entire lunch break and I had let them know. They didn't seem to care. Isn't the hole point of a mobile order speed and quickness? Never going to this one again. PS I've done mobile orders at other locations and they are awesome and fast.. just not this one.

Very slow during lunch time and sometimes they do not get my order right through the drive through when I order more than 4 items. The whole point of drive through is so I don't have to get out of the car to go inside to tell them they forgot my parfait. They should hire more people to work during that time. They also lie to me when I ask the guy who gave me the coffee if the coffee was black and 5 and 5 was outside.

I always come late at night and the staff is excellent.  The manager is so helpful and once helped someone in front of me change their order to get the same items way cheaper.  Above and beyond service. Its clean and quick.

This McDonald's is the worst! If you go through the Drive-thru, the chances of your order be wrong is pretty high! Anytime after 7:00 PM the chances of their ice cream machine being broken is pretty high too. And don't dare go by in the early hours because that's when they feel the need to clean all of the deep fryers! So no French fries. The staff that works there are pretty rude too!!! Management needs to take notice of what's going on here!!! Start caring! We are going to call higher management because we've had way to many problems!
