When this place first opened it was great. But then they started hiring staff that was still in or barely graduating high school, which i had no real problem with. But there has been multiple occasions where i order spicy chicken with the two red Xs on it and it feels like a mild, before the chicken would look red from how much spice they would put in; but now it's just sad. The worst of it without a doubt though has to be the fact that i have gone in on three different times already and ordered boba and it comes with GIANT chunks of ice in it. I cant even drink the drink properly because it was never blended properly. The first time i let it slide, i went back a few months later and the same thing happened, that time i complained and the supervisor blended me a new drink. The third, and now final, time i went there was a chunk the size the palm of my hand. I went back in and asked for a refund. I have yet to go back since, lollicup maybe a bit farther but i believe my money is better spent there.

Great boba drinks and snacks.

They forgot to include my Boba, first timer here and just looked at my order. Very disappointed, please check over your order they screwed mine up.
