I contracted with Lon Smith Roofing & Construction to replace my composite shingle roof that had been damaged by hail. I contacted a total of four (4) roofers and each conducted an inspection and provided a proposal to perform the work. I selected Lon Smith Roofing for the job for the following reasons: • The professionalism, knowledge and dedication of the Sales Representative. While the other sales representatives seemed to be doing the sales job as a side job, the Lon Smith Sales Representative was specifically dedicated to Lon Smith and represented them very well. • The longevity of the roofing crews with Lon Smith that would be available to my job. • Lon Smith’s status with BBB and as certified roofing system installer for CertainTeed shingles. • No cash requirement up front, willing to take payment at end of job. • Assignment of an inspector to oversee the job. Lon Smith performed the job exceptionally well and did everything they said they would.

I had Lon Smith Roofing do our roof 20+ years ago and they did a great job. So, I was not hesitant in calling them again. Mr. Alan Kinnaird was very thorough in explaining what the job would entail. The workers were there early than plan and they worked methodically in getting the roof done in one day. The following day involved in double checking the work and making sure the area was cleaned. Highly recommended to do your roofing needs. Great Service

I honestly could not have asked for a smoother experience in replacing our roof with Lon Smith Roofing. There were several bad experiences from other roofing companies in Lantana, so we decided to go with Lon Smith after reading a positive review from a community neighbor. I'm so glad we did! Garrett was our Estimator. He took my call, setup an appointment, kept in contact with us, explained the process thoroughly, and was always available when we needed him. The crew that worked on our house was very professional, they cleaned up after themselves throughout the day, which spoke volumes to me. We're very satisfied with the level of service we received from Lon Smith. Would not hesitate to use them again (if needed).

Lon Smith Roofing sent a great salesman out to estimate our roof, which needed entirely replaced. He was polite, professional, and honest. The work crew did what they said they would in a professional way. The roof looks wonderful; clean-up was excellent. The supervisor came and checked the crew's work each day. All-in-all a great experience.

Our roof was recently replaced by Lon Smith Roofing. We chose Lon Smith Roofing after researching and having 3 other companies give us an estimate. We felt comfortable choosing them because they provided the Supplier “LIEN WAIVER” Letter, the general liability insurance certificate, and financial stability letter. They are certified installers, have been in business for many years, and were the only company not to require cash up front. Jon Parish did not ask to see what our insurance offered first and provided an estimate that nearly matched what our insurance company agreed to pay. We are very impressed with their level of professionalism and this includes Jon, Jannett, David, and Lois. Their work and quality inspection walk through were excellent. We highly recommend them.
