I originally walked in years ago when I was a high school kid looking for a present for my mom under $100.00  they helped me pick out a small pendent. They were Great then and still great to this day helping pick out rings, bracelets and my favorite of all watches.  
The sales & service staff are extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk to!  I highly recommend checking these guys and girls out!

I almost always prefer smaller businesses. Relationships tend to be more personal and genuine. Long's Burlington has been an exception. Every transaction I've had and every person I have dealt with, has been exceptional. Three watch purchases, two watches sent to the manufacturer for service where Long's took extra steps to look out for my interests, some jewelry purchases... All were excellent.

Long's has been THE PLACE to go when it comes to quality jewelry. Not only do they have excellent standards but they have excellent employees. I have never had any issues with Long's Jewelers and I don't think I would ever go anywhere else now. 
My now husband got my engagement ring customized here 2 years ago and they were over the top helpful. We also got our 3 wedding bands here this year. I get complements all the time about the beauty of my rings. I pop into Long's all the time and they give me a complementary cleaning on my diamonds. They are always so nice and eager to help. My husband also got some of his gold family heirlooms fixed up and cleaned here and they came out like brand new. This place has exceptional staff and service always willing to help and assist you to find exactly what you want. They are not pushy at all. This Long's is amazing and I would recommend it to any future couple planning to buy rings and anyone looking for excellent quality jewelry.

Great experience with Kirk!  
DeScenza's in Framingham charged me $220 to resize my wedding rings and they made them way too big. Then they wanted to charge me to fix their mistake. What a disaster!
My husband had purchased a Rolex watch for me several weeks earlier at Long's and we received wonderful customer service. So I called Long's about the problem with my wedding rings. KIrk told me to come right in, and Long's fixed my wedding rings on a complimentary basis. Now that's great customer service. Long's put DeScenza's to shame! Thank you!

Complete shell game.  These sales folks are not reliable and if you ask 2 of them, they will each give you different prices.  Get this, Kirk tells me he is going to give me a deal on a ring and quotes me a higher price than what Karen gave the week before.  It was all on accident, but this happened with a couple of questions we had.  We lost confidence and will go elsewhere.  These folks are shameful.
