I have been using Kay Pee for over a decade.  Great people to work with highest quality jewelry.  Even after moving away from MA I still use Kay Pee for everything.  My family and extended family always go to Kay Pee for jewelry needs.  They have the expertise and knowledge that you don't usually see elsewhere.  They helped me design a beautiful engagement ring and wedding bands for multiple siblings and me.  They are a great family owned business and extremely trustworthy.  Anytime we have jewelry needs Kay Pee is where we go.

Terrible experience. I walked in the store for the first time with my little child and the store was open. Moment I walked in, an old guy started shouting we are closed, we are not showing anymore, unless you can pick and buy in few minutes. And he kept going on and on. The voice and tone was loud, rude and totally unacceptable. My child looked shaken and so did I. This was in the presence of around 11 people already in the store trying to buy stuff. I left the place.
 Very unprofessional and rude and would not recommend this place to anyone. It is the attitude that matters when you go to a business and this was unprofessional.

We have bought gold rings, bangles, necklaces from here and all of those broke within a year. I don't know what kind of gold they have but it definitely does not have much durability.

Rude customer service. I felt I was talking to people feom third world cpuntry. They are grredy and too expensive. No respect for any customer. They said, they won't sell yo me. This is monoply and stupid. This place will be out of bussiness very soon
