Okay so I Love longhorn steakhouse! It always my go to restaurant when ever I need a great steak. I usually relax at the bar and and chat up my favorite bartender Olivia she is amazing at drinks and she has great customer service, everyone else is amazing as well. So if your looking for a great steak and a good time stop by longhorns on Decker you will not be disappointed

The waitress was nice but hardly attended our table. The restaurant was only moderately busy on a Thursday. It took 30 minutes to get the appetizer. It took 40 minutes to bring the bar drinks. We never received water. After 1 hr. and 50 minutes we still did not have our food so we paid our bill and left. There was a lobby full of unhappy looking customers as we exited. The store manager looked completely inefficient.

We split up, adults ate at the bar and teens at a nearby table. The bartender was amazing! However the waitress ignored the teens, complained about having to wait on them etc. We ended up getting our food before she even took their order. When my mom asked her about their service, she admitted she thought they would skip out on the check. We were very displeased and spoke to the manager.

The food was very good. Filet was done perfectly. Service was attentive and friendly. Very enjoyable.

Talk about poor service. My mother just wanted a salad with the iceberg lettuce instead of mixed greens. We know they have it because it comes on a different salad. All of our food, which was steaks and hamburgers, came out before her salad and she still waited 30 minutes after our food arrived for her salad to come to the table. Of course it was still with mixed greens, not iceberg. Sent it back. The correct salad never same. She never got anything to eat. We were there for 1.5-2 hours, and she could no eat a darn thing because we kept waiting for something that never arrived. Another member ordered a hamburger, it came with everything she did not want on it. They remade it but did not add lettuce. She waited 30 minutes for lettuce that never arrived and she finally just ate her burger without it. Lots of excuses. The only person with a drink had to run to the bar themselves to get any refills. They have a special that's comes with a small desert. It never came. We finally asked a separate waiter for our desert in a to-go box. The checks took forever. Very poor service and no one seemed to want to make it right. Everyone was making excuses, which is fine, but my mom still never got any food and everyone was dissatisfied in the end. That's just pitiful. It was not just one person, lots of people were responsible for this horrible experience.
