Horrible.  Worst dining experience in my lifetime.  Visited on a Wednesday night at 7 pm. After being seated and our order taken we waited on our food for over a hour. They apologized and said our meal would be free as we overheard them tell 3 other tables the same thing. Once our food finally arrived, not only was the order incorrect, the food was not cooked fully. Salmon was extremely raw and a medium well steak was bloody and cold. Our waiter said he would take care of it. 10 min later he comes back and says we are making you a new salmon, it should be about 15-20 minutes. Now it is 8:30. We decided to leave hungry we were tired of waiting.

This is our go-to if we want to celebrate a special occasion. Wild West Shrimp and the onion straws are great appetizers! Plan for a wait and don't be surprised if it takes a little while to be greeted, but they are often pretty packed. Last time, Whitney was our server and she was incredibly hospitable. She took the time to actually get to know us and invited us back. Will definitely ask for her; feel like we made a new friend!

The one hour wait from the time we walked in the door to get food on the table was just the start, and we were only the second customers in line. Our server was OK, but the portions were skimpy, poorly presented and expensive to boot. My baked potato had a skin so tough I could barely cut into it. My wife's steak was so small that it was dwarfed by her serving of broccoli. And that is all there was on the plate, a little bit of meat and a bit more broccoli. No attempt at presentation at all. We were using a gift card and would have walked out the door after 15 minutes if we hadn't wanted to get it used up.

This place is great. The staff is nice, the food is amazing and the setting is cool too! I also order online and by phone a lot and pickup is nice and easy. One time I DID have a problem with my meals (a while back) when I ordered on the phone and the fries weren't seasoned and the chicken was very small, and something was missing, but they were closed and couldn't fix it, so they redid my order the next night (compensation for the mess up the night before) and it was delicious as always. Definitely still a 5 star from me because that has been the only problem I ever had with this place. Great place, delicious food.

There were some of us missing feom our usual group last night, so Longhorns put us at a round table, and that was perfect. Hope and Clark were our serving staff. They were excellent!! That assessment included their hospitality. We'll be happy to see them again soon. I spilled a whole glass of lemonade, and the tall thin angel was there cleaning it up practically before it hit the table! We Love Longhorns!! Oh, and the food was very good. Marge Baumgartner.
