After the new building opened here in town I feel that overall experience has improved.  The design and decor of the building is a great improvement.  It's is nice to sit by yourself or with a friend and enjoy, a coffee, snack, or meal.  The new table tracker is interesting. Instead of buzzing when your food is ready for pick up, it lets them know where you are sitting; having table service is a nice improvement.  I also like that the mixed tea, herb, and fruit drinks have a drink station for you to fill up at.  It is nice to be able to top off before you leave as well.  If you have leftovers that's alright, you can grab to go containers, utensils, and bags by the pickup counter.   The quality of the food has not changed in my opinion, its at the upper end of what I still consider fast food.  Only it at least appears and feels healthier.  Also, if you have the opportunity, give the breakfast sandwiches a try.  One of my favorite menu items is the bacon, egg, and cheese Ciabatta.

Since this shop opened a new location, the service has been dispicable.  I order online about mid morning for pickup around noon.  I typically walk into the establishment at 12:10 and most times the order is still not ready.  Today, I ordered online about mid morning, my credit card was charged, a confirmation was received and I attempted to pickup my order at the usual time but couldn't because they couldn't find the order in their system.  Unfortunately, I was on my lunch hour and couldn't find my confirmation quick enough after waiting for a length of time.  I had to purchase food elsewhere and try to get a credit back on my credit card when I returned to my work.  I love the food but the service needs a tremendous amount of improvement.  Interesting fact...while I was waiting to resolve the issue, many folks around me were conversing about how bad their service is but the food is good.  Despite the good food, I don't think I will be returning to that establishment.

This is a typical Panera bread.  Very clean, kind workers, good food and a pleasant environment. A little pricey in my mind but a nice treat sometimes.

Very disappointing service.  The drive thru woman was not patient and acted as though I was bothering her and the woman at the window actually said "come on" and made a hand gesture for me to hurry up.   I was missing an item and after going inside and waiting nearly 20 minutes I was asked by the manager if I was certain my sandwich wasn't included.   I had returned to the store with all the bags I was given and manager looked through them all.  I was offered a free muffin but the customer service does not want me to return anytime soon.
