I have been to LongHorn Steakhouse in the past, it was very good then, This visit I stopped by with my Father and it was even better than I had remembered!!  Between the two of us we ordered the half plate/fall off the bone Ribs, A+ the chopped Sirloin steak, A, the Grilled Steak and Chic plate, A,  a couple of Cokes, and Sprite's, It was all very good! We will be returning soon. The servers were very nice also. Great Experience at #Longhornsteakhouse. Go give em a Try, I think you will like it!!. Located in the Midtown Village Shopping Center.  I will add a new picture ASAP,

We went to eat dinner on Friday night prior to A-day on Saturday in Tuscaloosa. Prime rib was ordered by two people in our party. The server came back ten minutes later and informed us that they were out of Prime rib! After yet another ten minutes, the manager came to the table and informed us that they were out of the wedge salad that two in our party had ordered. So we both ordered a garden salad with honey mustard dressing. After another ten minute wait again, the manager returned to our table and said, “Now don’t shoot the messenger, but we make our honey mustard and we are out of it!” We finally received our second choice meals and received our $90 check. We were charged for both wedge salads, so our server had to correct the mistake. This took entirely too long as well. I just don’t understand how you expect to have a steakhouse without a sufficient amount of food. Very, very poor management. There is no excuse for this; the manager wasn’t very concerned that they didn’t have our food and had to come tell us three times! We like dining at other Longhorn Steakhouses, but this one in Tuscaloosa is managed very poorly. This is not the first football game in Tuscaloosa... poor management is the only reason this experience happened!

We came in with a large party, and the hostess was extremely rude. They do not take reservations, so I'm not sure how else I could have handled the situation. We waited 45 minutes to be seated. Our waitress was awesome! I ordered a medium rare steak, but it was definitely rare. I ate it anyway because I didn't have more time to send it back. The food was okay, I just wish people in customer service treated customers like they value their money.

Burgers were alright. Did not taste super fresh but still was good overall. Fries were alright. You could tell that they were frozen. Service was great!
