We had a good meal tonight but overall we were not impressed. Our waitress was really nice but not very attentive, we had to wave her over after waiting a long time to ask for a drink refill and my toddlers drink they forgot. There were these tablets at the tables that our toddler picked up and within seconds had started playing a game, we stopped her and asked our waitress about this and she went to check and assured us that it didn't charge us for a game. So we just put it out if our toddler's reach. Yet after we got home we saw on our banking that it charged us $2.00. We were also seated next to the noisy bar even with our toddler and baby but I should have asked to move. My pork chop was dry but the garlic potatoes and broccoli were very good. That's not enough for me to want to go back though.

The sweet tea had no sugar. The coke was nasty. The waitress never brought out our appetizer (she forgot) we waited for almost an hour for our food. There were probably 7 other tables besides us. When we received our food the ribs were nothing but bone the fries were good. The bourbon chicken with shrimp tasted like they spilled the seasoning on the chicken. Dont think I will be back.

Service here was horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Manager Steven allowed so many things to go on while customers were there! Server and bartender continued to holler out loud in the dinning area and the kitchen! The food was actually ok. But the customer service messed up my appetite! I felt like I was at a low class waffle house! What happened to the standard Applebees use to have? Manager definetly didn't have a backbone when it came down to the employees. However, I'm currently a server! The biggest thing that made me say ( THIS IS SAD ) is that the food and check came out sooooooooo slow! And guess what!!!!!???? It was only 3 tables with people in there, with about a total of about 10 people in the whole restaurant!!! 😡😡😡 Pick the standard back up. Lets do better! This review is not to insult or put down, but to better you guys. Thanks.

They run out of food too much! My mother ordered riblets and the waitress came back 10 minutes later saying they had *just* run out after we ordered. So my mother was forced to find another entree. After another 10 minutes went by, the waitress came back and said they *just* ran out of the 12 ounce sirloin I had ordered so I had to change my order. The waitress was fairly nice, but I don't like going to a restaurant knowing exactly what I want and then I am unable to get it. Also the serving staff should know whether they are out of an item, and maybe if they put in your order when you order it, they will not run out "right before" the order was put in. Our food was all brought out at different times...mine arrived 5 minutes after the other 3 people in our party had theirs. Then my steak was cooked to a well doneness instead of medium like I ordered. It was also rubbery like it had been seared on the grill and then microwaved. The manager, Steven, did not seem to care too terribly much. This visit in August 2017 reminds me why we stopped eating at Applebees a while back. The only reason we came this time is because we had a gift card, but we won't be back any time in the near future.

Food is NEVER prepared properly. The cooks obviously do not understand the difference in Done and Medium well .... Happened the last 2 times we been here. Never again.
