The food is usually pretty good (5 stars), but the service is hit or miss (-2 stars). You can walk in and see half the restaurant has empty tables, but there will be a wait for you to be seated. One poor group of 6 that arrived well before we did on our last visit had been waiting 15 minutes when there were plenty of tables. All it took was for the staff to put together two tables for them, but apparently that was too much work for them. Regardless, our party of 4 was seated immediately while the group was left wondering what was going on.

Seated and never had. A waitress to take my food order. I got up and left. Found a better restaurant two blocks away. I had Wonderful service. I fully recommend the Shrimp Basket restaurant.

The food was mediocre. I ordered greens and sweet potatoes with Tilapia. The greens were bland and sweet potatoes wasn't sweet. I replaced those with a house salad and salad tasted better than everything else I ordered. I like the Homewood location better.

Pleasantly surprised. I had not visited an O'charleys in a very long time. Fresh and healthy food, gregarious and pleasant service, and wine. For the price I paid, I am definitely a new return customer.

The floor looks horrible. There's barely people in here and no one has came to take my order. The bathrooms look horrible and some of the plates has old food stuck to them. O'Charley's really need to do better.
