Baby Back Ribs were excellent. Fall off the bone tender and flavorful. YUM! Seasoned fries were delicious as well. Company had the New York Strip steak with loaded baked potato and a T-Bone steak with sweet potato. They were very satisfied with both cuts of meat, full of flavor and tender, potato's were delicious as well. Excellent server!

This was my very first time in a LongHorn Steakhouse. The food was delicious but the server was not pleasant at all. I had a salad with a dressing that wasn't to taste and asked politely for a different salad with italian dressing. She scoffed and took my salad sarcastically said "I'll just put the dressing in a container on the side so you don't waste anymore salad!" She was very rude. Sadly the table next to us had issues with her as well. The female manager was very cheerful and told the gentleman that she would be back with a smile and their refills. Ironically enough it was a day when the management team was talking to each customer asking about the service and quality of food. I was very pleased with the management team and they kept checking in to see how things were and gave us complimentary appetizer cards for next time. Also the atmosphere is very nice. Will definitely go back and hopefully have a happy server!

Lacy W could not have been any worst. Laughed in my face when I told her how I wanted my steak prepared, telling me “you cant cook it that way.” She never brought out our bread even though every table around us had it. 

We wanted a specific cut on the rib, she had no idea what we were talking about. But rudely interpreted as we tried to explain. 

And thank the lord we didn’t see her again until she brought out the bill, other waitresses had to do her job for her and got us everything we needed. 

As I was leaving, she was talking orders from a larger table, screaming and pointing at them from one end. 

Summary: food was fantastic, our server, Lacy W was horrible. Over bearing, condescending and obnoxious. And that was our special Saturday night dinner.

Good food. Service was ok. They need to pay more attention to the details. Place is very clean and well maintained. Would recommend to friends.

Excellent food and great service. We had steak and lobster tail.  Both were very, very good.  Steak was done medium rare and was very tender.
