"Skewed" distribution is a statistical term that measures “asymmetry” (lack of similarity) in a “bell curve” (the bell-shaped graph that occurs when plotting data based on normal meaured traits).

In “normal distribution” there should be a roughly equal number of occurrences of a measured trait on both sides of the mid-point of the bell curve.

The “skewness” (percent of difference) statistic measures how great a change there is in the number of trait occurrences on either side of the mid-point of the curve."

Pulled pork comes with massive chunks of cabbage and uncooked pepper on it, And for $15 it was nasty. (Hard bun too) I didn’t eat it had to go elsewhere after dropping $50 I drove 60 miles for that dump.... Never Again! Gross!! Fries::: I guess they were fries although none were bigger than the tip of your finger. Greasy and nasty brown from the grease they were fried in. So pissed I spent money I earned here! Don’t be fooled by the sounds of the menu my husbands haddock was flavorless garbage too. #EpicWaste

Went for 1/2 priced growler fill Sunday's; as we've done many times before while passing through town, and as advertised on website. Bartender was new so she asked Manager, he would not honor, then went from sitting on his ass at the bar to hiding in back so he wouldn't have to face me. Bartender claimed manager said "they've been meaning to take that off website". Regular fill prices are actual equivalent serving prices. Not much incentive to grab n go. Place used to be good, gone downhill fast. Don't waste your time.

Food is good. Better lately. They are very slow.. it's probably why business is slow.. Anyways that is it.. Lunch time is when ppl want to be quick. 2 salads.. 35 min

I love their fries, you can get them topped with anything. They have a good selection of beers on draft, as well as some ciders.

Skewed Brewing is more expensive than its competitors scattered throughout the food court at the mall and it is a nice treat if you're looking for a more intimate and higher quality setting while still able to enjoy a movie right next door. The cocktails are good but the food is even better. I like the different choices offered of macaroni and cheese. I got the mac and cheese with pulled pork. It came in a cool little cast iron skillet. It was almost more than I could stomach so that would justify the price since you'll most likely have leftovers. The service is very friendly and fast. I didn't have any issues ordering and when I was ready to leave, the waitress wasn't far from the table.
