I had a series of horrible experiences here. About 2 months ago, I got a gel manicure. It all peeled off two days later. They fixed it for free, which was nice, but it still only lasted a week after that. About a week ago, I made an appointment for a pedicure. I waited for 45 minutes, while I watched the technicians ignore numerous other clients. There were 2 women sitting across from me that were left sitting with scrub on their legs for 20 minutes while the technician went and helped a woman who walked in (clearly a favorite of the nail technician). Once I was finally attended to, she rushed through my spa pedicure. I will not be returning.

I was there for a pedicure.  I was taken right in.  Helen was very friendly and did a great job.  It is very comfortable and clean.  I highly recommend them.

Went there today with two friends, they were decently busy, but we waited for over an hour for our pedicures. No one said anything about the wait, just go ahead and sit in the chairs and they'll be with us soon. Weren't asked if we needed anything to drink or even how we were doing. Finally asked how long they think it would be, a lady said 5-10minutes, a guy mentioned if we wanted something while we wait but turned around before we answered.  Twenty minutes later we walked out and barely got a sorry.

Great service! The woman who did my nails took her time, offered me drinks (wine, soda, water..) they have multiple channels, gave advice for nail care between appointments. I was very impressed and happy I came here for my pedicure.

i was left waiting for an hour without being attended to and when i was finally taken in the technician kept making rude comments on the style i was getting done. would not recommend.
