The service was great and the strip steak was amazing. The only issue I had was when they brought the bread out, there was no knife to cut it. When I asked for a knife to cut the bread, our server said that Longhorn Corporate has decided to not provide a knife with the bread because it's now "pull apart" bread. I call BS because it's the same bread. Sorry but bring the knife back or give each customer a loaf of bread. I can't see how anyone thinks this is an improvement or how this is sanitary. And I was a little disappointed that our server didn't bring a knife....or another loaf of bread.

A bartender named Michelle is the rudest person I have ever met. Took 5 minutes to even speak to me at their Take Out Area / bar and she didn't even come to me, she was yelling asking me what I needed. Then it took her another 5 minutes to get my order. She gave me an attitude the whole time. Was it because I was of a different race? Usually when I pick up an order, the server in charge of the take out area/bar takes everything I order out to show me and confirm my order as he/she puts my order in their paper bag. Michelle didn't do any of it and I ended up checking everything myself making me late for work! She brought my order out after 10 minutes. She was not busy at all. There were around 8 people in the restaurant that day and only a couple at the bar she is serving at. The couple even asked me if I was okay for I was seriously pissed. She is very rude and perhaps racist. I am very disappointed. Never going back if somebody like her doesn't straighten out. Horrible experience. Rude and racist!

Went there 1pm on a monday. The place was not crowded. We had good service and the food was good. I ordered my burger well done & it was well done, no pink in the middle and not overcooked. My wife had the ribs and they were also cooked right & tasted good. It's a little out of the way for us but we will probably be going back again. Nicollet was our waitress, nice young girl.

Havent been to a steakhouse in quite a long time. Service was excellent, our dinner was delicious. My husband and I enjoyed a ribeye dinner. We like ours well done, and they cooked it to perfection. Very succulent. I couldn't eat it all but will enjoy it in a salad later this week.!

We used call ahead for a table of 3 at 7:15, only waited 5 minutes. We were greeted right away by our server and offered beverages. She asked if we had been to the restaurant before so she could explain how the menu worked, we said yes. She took our drink and appetizer order. I needed some extra time to review the menu and she kindly came back. We ordered 2 Texas pedals with sauce on the side and chili fries, 2 burgers and a flat iron steak with creamed spinach. Everything came out correctly, hot and correct doneness. That in of itself is hard to do nowadays. The sever returned to our table for beverage refills more times than we even needed, asked if our food was good, if we needed anything multiple times and was very pleasant. All in all a perfect night! I can not complain about one single thing, not that I would. A sever can make or break a night out and our sever was fantastic. I guess there is something to be said about maturity. We will be back again and again. Thank you for the great dinner. Need I not forget the hostess was also excellent and I did notice the manager dropping things off at tables, making contact with people - that's his job, so well done.
