I am only rating a star because the food was so good! 
The waitress and the service were extremely poor! 
She never put our appetizer in and proceeded to bring out our children’s food order. When asked when we were going to receive the appetizer her reply was oh you should have received it already....🤔 well who was going to bring it to us? 

Then she continued to rush and almost push us out of the restaurant before we were even done eating our cold food. She asked what we wanted for desert while we were still eating dinner. 
Before we even got the desert she had the the bill on the table. As soon as she brought the desert over she wanted the bill paid. 😂 
The bill did not show any reflection of an apology over the mistake on her behalf. 

Now onto the good part, the chicken Marsala was so delicious, it was cooked perfectly, the potatoes were seasoned very well too. The broccoli was cold, the butter would not even melt when out on top. 

This was our very first time going here it was my husbands birthday. We left with a very sour taste in our mouths. This overshadowed how well the food was prepared.

This was our first time at this Restaurant chain and the experience was excellent.
Waiter Shawn was awesome,profesional,courteous and very knowledgeable.
We love his recommendations,thanks.
Food was delightful,good menu options.

Best Italian food ever!!!

The meatballs are delicious... I recommend the sampler.
Chicken parmigiana- magnificent 👍🏾
Grilled salmon very moist 

Definitely try the watermelon lemonade... it’s amazing 😋

Terrible service. Went around 1:30 in the afternoon.  Waited 20 minutes for a table when there were at least 10 open tables in eye sight. When I asked why I couldn’t sit at one I was told they didn’t want to stress out the wait staff. Service was slow. Took close to 20 minutes to bring out my daughter’s ice cream dessert (two scoops on a cookie).  Had to ask for my check twice. A meal that should have taken 45 minutes at most ended up being over an hour and a half with all the waiting and delays.

Best Bertuccis in the circuit. The General Manager keeps his staff positive and professional. A must stop for us twice a week! Say hi to Alix. Enjoy
