Very good burger chain if you love burgers definitely should try it out. I go here with my family to eat probably once every month and there is usually no wait to be seated. They have great variety of burgers to choose from. You can also customize it the way you want it. They also have lettuce wrap if you do not want to eat the buns! They have bottomless(unlimited) fries as well. Service is great, they always come back and ask if we want some more fries or drinks. Definitely recommend family or big groups who loves burgers and unlimited fries!

Just went to Red Robin. Hadn't been in a while. Nothing like I remembered. Burger was fair but the bun was kind of stale and cold. Fries are beige and lacked crispness. I was very disappointed in the food. Will not be going back. Have seen better burgers at Burger King.

Normally things ate great here. Today was not so much. Took way too long for waiter to even acknowledge we were there. It was after lunch so it was not very crowded. 3 out if 4 people ordered the exact same burger well done. They all came out raw! I hate sending food back! But that's what we did!

Typical burger chain. Some ingredients might make it more gourmet, but the burgers in and of themselves are not bad. And there's all you can eat fries! Service was attentive but those machines at the table are too much of a distraction with little kids who might press a button and stick you with extra on the bill for the "games" you can play. But they're not the only ones doing it. Makes for easy ordering or bill paying, but that gaming is a problem for me.

Always love going to Red Robin. They have a great selection for burgers, and some options to help make things a little healthier. Definitely, kid and family friendly.
