This place looks great and when they get your order right it's awesome! However tonight wasn't one of those times... I ordered my steak medium rare and the other person I was with ordered theirs well done... It came medium with a pink center... The server never told us her name and got a little uppity when I asked a different server a question (we were seated right next to the order stand) when she had been gone for some time...I will likely try again but it definitely wasn't exactly a great experience....

I went for lunch with 2 other women and they served us moldy bread. When we alerted the manager he told us that someone did not check the rotation of the bread and he apologized. I knew exactly what he meant because I have 6 years of restaurant experience. He personally brought outbthe next loaf and it was hard and stale. He again took that one away and said he would bring out another one. By this time our food came and he made his rounds to check on us and asked how the bread was (he seemed to have forgotten that he never brought it) and we told him to forget about it. I was very unimpressed with him as a manager because he didn't really seem to care. I could understand if they were busy but they weren't because it was after the traditional lunch rush. We all gave our server a 20% tip because he was nice however we will not be going back.

We went for my Birthday (my pick) on a Sunday night recently. Server was nice but had way too many tables. Wasn't very attentive. Appetizer was awful, she comped it after I said something. I ordered the new filet that has all of the seasonings on it (sorry can't remember name - it was pictured on the promo insert within my menu). It was terrible!! I had to scrape the mound of spices off of the top. It was beyond salty, however it was cooked a perfect MR. I ate it however, my mom's steak was MW vs MR. It took a minute for the server to check on us. By the time my mom got her re-cook we were all finished eating. I appreciate the B-day sundae but I wanted the Chocolate concoction. We wound up ordering that too and paying for it. IMO it should have been comped!! Since the re-build this location obviously has some kinks to work out. Won't be back anytime soon. Sorry.

Steak was too salty. But, they made me another. No problem. But 2 days later it sits still in the fridge. I want STEAK when I want it that day. Not warmed up leftovers.

Service was under particular this time but I don't fault the server. Either some of the staff called out or the manager under hired. Hostesses and kitchen staff were delivering meals and refilling drinks. Either way, the poor server was responsible for half the restaurant and was running like the proverbial chicken with her head cut off. The food was hot, fresh and delicious though so that made the wait bearable.
