The worst afternoon staff ever. Apparently the morning staff is much better according to reviews. However the afternoon staff closed early, is incredibly rude, and acted as though I shouldn’t have even walked in the door. Oh the best part - my order was COMPLETELY wrong but with the attitude I received just from ordering I really didn’t want to complain about it. Apparently if you want good service you should only go in the mornings. I have always seen Einstein’s as a place with quality service and food/coffee and was shocked to have had this experience!!!!

Went in around 3:50PM to meet a client. I was served in a timely manner but when 4PM hit a member of the staff came to the table to tell us they were closed. Online it said closed at 5PM so we honestly did not know they were closing so soon. Not more than 5 minutes later the same staff member came back to tell us to leave and held the door open for us to go. Very unprofessional and outright rude. I’ve worked in the service industry for many years and you do not treat customers this way. We could have stayed 10 minutes and not affected nor delayed them in any way from going home. I was appalled and will not be back to support this business. Train your staff or just hire those with better character, sheesh!

Charged me almost an extra dollar for an asiago bagel with cream cheese. I remember paying around 2 dollars the last time I visited but today I ended up paying 3. The drive through reminded me of one of the crappiest mcdonalds I've ever been to in my life.

My Favorite Einstein's: I love Einstein's in general (pumpernickel, pumpkin, sweet potato, a million bagel choices, plus if you don't do dairy, peanut butter or hummus as options for your spread; make your own coffee; what's not to love?). This location has my favorite employees. There are lots of regulars who know each other and the employees, and vice-versa. I pretty much walk in and they say, "Pumpernickel double-toasted with peanut butter?". The laptop bar is great, you can plug in and get lots of work done at the huge table. The vanilla coffee is yummy, and no one cares if you stay for 3 hours. I wish I knew all the employees' names to give them a shout-out, but Crystal is great and Michael is great and the manage from Colorado is too. They were amazing during Irma: a billion people there to plug in since nobody had power at home, and they were kind, no one lost their sense of humor, etc. Love this place.

I was so excited to finally be near an Einstein again but this was the worst experience I've aver had anywhere. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and got a bagel sandwich instead. No big deal, figured I wouldn't complain. Then I had to ask for them to hand me a cup (for the coffee that I had already ordered). There was no awareness of anything. The creamer pitcher had no cream. At this point I was already annoyed. The employees were loud and not personable. The hours say open until 5 but one girl looked at me at 4 and said "ma'am we're closed" with a rude tone. I work in the service industry. You can at least say "you're welcome" when someone thanks you or wish someone a good day when they leave. Not wanting to be petty but if I'm going to pay $8 for something that didn't taste good, I should at least be treated decently when I walk into a place to support their business.
