I am an unequivocally particular cheeseburger devourer.  I only allow cheese and bacon on my burgers and I have a large preference for "fast food" over most diners.  I normally eat at Longhorn Steakhouse for their Chocolate Stampede (amazing desert) but this Longhorn in olathe has one of only two cheeseburgers not from a "fast food" establishment or "home made" that I thoroughly enjoy.  A great triumph of quality food that I can only hope other diners can someday emulate.

Great service- friendly hosts and hostesses. Excellent food! A bit of a wait, even after calling in ahead of arrival, but the wait was worth it. From out of state; very pleased with our dinner choice!!

Steak has great flavor. Appetizers are so-so, typical bar food type stuff. Bring a jacket, it's always cold in here. Service is good. Went once and they were out of a cut of steak we wanted pretty early in the evening. No attempts to offer a substitute. The steak knives are always pretty dull and we often have to ask for new ones. The table set up is horrendous, as they've tried to pack in as many tables as they can and we often bump into people as we pass by.

Our favorite place to eat. No better place to get steaks. The service is extronary. I eat there every Wednesday, Courtney  & Marie are super attentive to our every need.

Maurice was a great waiter we had this evening!  Hopefully this will help him on wages and tips!  Kitchen help was on time with processing our order!
