I regularly order sandwiches from this store. Today I got a sandwich that was missing avocado spread for which I'd paid additional for as well as dijon mustard. I called the store and politely explained the situation. The guy cut me off, put me on hold, and transferred me to Kathy. I told her about the sandwich. She cut me off and very snidely told me she's the one who had mad the sandwich and she knew she'd made the sandwich correctly. I went in the store only to find out she is the manager. Staff, including manager, need a lesson in customer service and hospitality. I will not be back.

The staff was friendly and fast. They even greater me as I walked in the door, all of them! Waited maybe three minutes (if that) for me meal box. I would definitely stop by again

We are new customers at jimmy johns.  Have been to three different locations between here and texas.  All clean,  people friendly and food really good.  Very fast.

I am not one to complain... but they can't get an order correct for the love of god. Every time I have ordered a drink they gave me the wrong drink. The only thing they seem to get correct is the chips.... Today I ordered a turkey tom with mustard and mayo packets... instead they smother my sandwich with their "jimmy mustard" which has a ton of mustard seeds... I'd prefer not having to pick seeds out of my teeth. Gross. Second off they screwed up my drink order AGAIN! I ordered unsweet tea and they gave me sweet tea! WHY repeat an order back to a customer if you are just going to screw it up anyway?!

I really love Jimmy John's but at this one, I felt like a huge inconvenience!  Awful customer service. Manager seemed to be the cause of it while the employees wanted to help.
