Best price I found by far. Everyone else wanted huge amounts of money because I hadn’t had insurance in over 30 day. At first when “Look” gave me their price I thought they were kidding or their was a catch. Nope just good fair prices and people.

first the bugs was enough to make your skin crawl By time I left my car was covered by them. Secondly if you want to get the rudest customer service this is the place for you. Also if you want to get screwed this is also the place.  I am a male and even have a beard but that didn't help them to not put that I am a female on the policy, When I tried to have them change that it took 3 trips back there the rate is extremely high but of course they don't tell you that until it is to late. I would not recommend this  to my worst enemy.

Great place for insurance. Friendly associates, very cheap 6 month rates, great customer service on the phone and insurance carrier is actually a gd provider and fare with claims.

Well I know Look is there for people who have high risk insurance such as myself. However, State Farm called me back to quote me 138 per month knowing about my lapse. So do I want to actually pay 169 per month or 138? Well I called Look today to ask if I would get any of my money back out of 258 that was just paid this past Friday. She said to me that I would get 118 back if I went to next week Friday. Now my main concern is That I had to pay them cash for money down and 1st months insurance. I want to cancel my policy to go to State Farm and am Told that I have to wait 4 to 6 weeks for a check to come in the mail?? What is up with that??
