I love this agency, incredible service from the personal CSR girls and very prompt quote and short notice binding from Dave, personal lines agent.  Doesn't hurt that my premium is pretty unbeatable.  I've had tire service claim; woke up to a flat on a Sunday, was able to have McDonald's come throw the spare on, I rec'd refund check within three days.  Later, my tow (up to $150) claim reimbursement check was rec'd again within 3 days, which I was able to turn around and put toward my fuel pump replacement.  My windshield was not only, to my surprise, $0 deductible, but also replaced by Safelite the day after I called.  Great service and good product are pretty irreplaceable these days, especially in the insurance industry.  Even if my premium did increase a little, it's worth staying for the service.

This group is all smiles and sweetness when you sign up with them, I had both car and home with them.  But when I found better coverage at a better rate elsewhere, now it seems like pulling teeth to get my refund.  The people I talk to seem to cut you off when you have questions and turn a bit defensive when you ask simple questions.  I'm shocked but now I see why many members of my family had been with them but have since left.  So many other agencies are happy for the business and ready to help with questions.  A refund check was mailed 6/24 but still haven't received it as of today, 7/2.  They want me to wait 30 days before reissuing a new check.  Not happening, to quote another commercial "Its my MONEY and I want it NOW!"

really bad not good . 
I didn't know what kind of business .they said ( we will charge you 126$ for first month, than wil charge you 109$ per month.) however, they charge me 126$ for first month, and they sent to me the bill for next month which are 222$ for two month , and I said ((Ok)) but they charge me more than 250$  moreover I described my situation to them , I'm student. Shame to take money from people without permission .I was give them copy of my check, because I was trust them. Also I canceled my policy number with them.
