Mike May and his agents Kristy and Brandon are the best in the business. We have been with Mike since he started. We also have many family members and friends insured with Mike. They have some of the best rates for snowmobiles, boats, jet skis, home owners, and auto. When we call to evaluate ways to save or make the many changes it is always a pleasant experience. The Mike May team in minutes always has all the information we need and can find ways to save and still maintain great coverage. We have had our share of claims which is a real test of an insurance agent and we have always had incredible support and coverage of losses during these tough incidents. Mike and his team treat their customer like family which is refreshing these days.

Mike has been nothing but a top notch professional while working with him. He blew away the competition with his rate, he has been responsive (within an hour of my call) for both claims I've had to make. He personally called and get me squared away with great shops/ Glass companies. Upper echelon service for sure!

As many of don't know him. If you have problem and ask for support or help he turn off. Cancel the contract like this people.

Up until today I would have given Mike May a good review only for the fact that his rates are fair. I've never had a claim or issue so there isn't much else to go on. My payments are auto-drafted from my account each month and it's always gone smoothly. However due to a recent illness I've been out of work allot and very short on funds. My account didn't have enough for the draft and so I called and asked if the draft could be stopped this month. I was told it couldn't but not to worry because if the funds aren't there it wont draft, period. As it turns out that's not really true, some banks will and some won't. Because I was told it won't draft I didn't bother borrowing funds to back my account up right away, I just needed to get it together to pay my bill as soon as I could. The payment drafted and now my account will be a little over $200.00 in the hole. I called Mike and asked if he could help due to the fact that I was given incorrect information and was told it wasn't there fault and they would not do anything to assist me. I spoke to one of his reps Jeff and Mike and all they did was dance around me and avoid even acknowledging that I was given incorrect info. And in the end told were right, your wrong, tough. So much for customer service, more and more it's just becoming an old legend. So if your looking for decent rates Mike is the man to go to, but if your expecting anything else from him I’d keep looking. I only hope I don’t have an accident claim to file before I can find a new provider. If he can’t even own up for a couple hundred dollars I can’t imagine the song and dance you’d get for an actual claim.
