Used to love this place. Sure, times change and equipment ages. But just as everyone has said, they have lost the personal touch. No more hand drying, vacuuming, washing the mats, or windows as a normal in and out wash. That used to be a steal at $27. There’s free vacuums as a free service but who wants to freeze during the winter? Sure you can pay to have it all done like the past but it’s $35 or if you have an oversized vehicle for $45. Then there’s the increased wait time for that as well.

Update: 1/1/18
So much for the new system. Had to get the salt off my truck. Barely any soap comes out of the two streams. If I wanted my wash my truck poorly, I would have gone to a self wash. The undercarriage was is sub par. I’m taking my business elsewhere. It’s a shame because this used to be favorite place to wash all my vehicles.

I bring my vehicles here whenever we come in from North Dakota to visit family. I am very particular about where I spend my money and who we do business with and the LookNu team did an outstanding job. Really wish I could share a pic I took of my dually on here that they just detailed and buffed. There is something for every budget here and all leave you with a renewed sense of pride in what your driving. God Bless. Pistol Pete / North Dakota

Just got my car washed through their automatic wash at 0730 AM. Three hours later a bird pooped on my truck and they wouldn’t rewash my truck. I’ve been a customer of theirs for several years and paid to have my cars hand washed. The fact that they won’t give a loyal customer run their car through an automatic wash for free, when they don’t even dry it, is BS. Screw this place. I would give it zero stars if I could. Go a mile down the road to Lemont Express. They do a better wash all around and if you pay for the $15.00 wash you can go back within 5 days and get another mid level wash for free.

Tried to get detailed and they said it would take 5 hrs. Ok cool. 5 hrs pass, we get there (car hasnt moved, still dirty) and they explain it's been so busy they haven't had the time. Assured they would get two men on it and should be done by 2:30 it's 1:44 at the time. 5hrs of work in 40 mins I guess.. such an inconvenience .

Don't know why they changed the wash, much better before when you could get a full service wash with vacuuming and dry for a reasonable price. Detailing is very good.
