I am a frequent customer in Lord and Taylor but I am disappointed with the staff at Ridge Hill, especially in the fine jewelry area. The woman who attended to ruined my day, she attended to me angry and not kindly. In the end I'm angry too. I do not recommend buying jewelry on ridge hill, maybe in another Lord and Taylor they have a good way to do their job.

Lord and Taylor has given me a horrible experience. Jan 3 I ordered a dress next day shipping for my mother to wear to my grandmother funeral. I paid the for the next day shipping. January 5 the Parcel was not received. I called Lord &Taylor's customer service two times got hung up on once called again and was put on hold 30 minutes . I demanded to speak to a supervisor when I spoke to Lisa she promised to call me back and never called me back . I called another day and I spoke to Lisa again she found the package still at Warehouse , several days late . It was now the weekend and I could not receive it so she promised to have it sent on the 9th next day. My flight was originally for January 9th to Jamaica I had to delay my flight one whole day . I did receive my dress on the 10th but it was soiled . A bright green stain going down the back of the dress . This dress is not blue black or purple it is white I cannot wear this dress . No one would wear a dress with a stain going down its back . So I called Lisa again Lisa refused to answer the phone when I called her so I spoke to a customer service agent & she assured me I will get a call back . I am so disgusted . My service and treatment was inhumane.
