They couldn't have been more helpful!   I came in with my favorite hiking shoes whose undersides had crumbled due to age, asking if it was possible to repair them.   Even though the shoes were beyond repair, they gave me a gift card for the original purchase price and did everything they could to connect me with a new pair that meets my needs.   Highly recommend!

Everyone of the LLBean employees that I encountered was anxious to help and very pleasant. The store was filled with quality merchandise of every description... I had questions about some of the goods like the shirts and every aspect of questions was answered...

the clothes here are not really my style so i don't shop here often but on the few times i've went i must say they have the absolute best service of any retailer.  i bought bean boots, some stuff for my dog, and a pretty good jacket.  the quality of their items are great and o yeah did i mention the people are awesome!
