Store opens at 10am, I get here at 10:05am to return a dress.... bleach blonde Asian girl speaks to other employee right in front of me and saids... "oh my God there's already someone here" 
I've been in hospitality for 13 years, customer service is very important in retail. 
I thought she was very unprofessional and rude
She also said other comments which I won't mention, but very unprofessional with an attitude.

Went to L&T to buy some perfume for my girlfriend and I paid in cash $85 plus tax. When I was finished shopping I went to another store and found the perfume for much cheaper so I bought it. I then went back to L&T to return my previously bought perfume and they told me they couldn’t give me the cash back, they could only give me credit towards the store. I guess everyone who purchases things from here just automatically knows that they can’t return anything and get their money back, they get store credit. F*** L&T, this is completely BS, if I was made aware of this upfront okay, but I wasn’t made aware of this until I returned the item. Absolutely ridiculous, what a garbage store. I will never be returning to L&T ever again. (It's sad that to post this I have to give them one star, they don’t even deserve it)

I just had one of the worst experiences with the manager of the men's department at this store.  Last week I purchased a men's outerwear jacket from a lovely man at the Westfield store.  The jacket was too small for my son, so I called today and was told that the Bridgewater store had the size I needed.  After waiting for over 5 minutes while the person who answered the phone helped a customer, the call was disconnected.  When I called back the nasty woman that answered the call clearly did not want to be bothered looking for the jacket that I was told, her store had.  After explaining what I was looking for, I had the UPC #, she took my shipping information and told me that the shipping would be $12.53...when I questioned this amount, she got nastier and told me that there is ALWAYS a shipping charge...I told her that there was NO charge when the jacket was shipped from the Westfield store...she refused to believe me.   I told her the jacket was originally $195  reduced to $93...when she revealed that the jacket she was referring to was $225...she obviously didn't have the correct jacket......I hung up because I wasn't getting anywhere with her and when I asked to speak to the manager, she told me that she was the manager....i'm sure she was NOT...shame on Lord and Taylor for employing such a rude nasty person....BTW this is the first review I have ever written...she was that awful !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very upmarket location. I felt as if I needed to do a credit check before we walked in :) it is three floors.
