I went to purchase a pair of shoes and I was asked by a sales associate, Margaret, if "I wanted to purchase the pair of earrings that were in my purse." And was told that Danny from security has called down and said that I put a pair of earrings in my purse. 

I was completely and utterly shocked and offended. I called down the Manager to show her where the earrings that I was accused of stealing were put back on the rack - where I had picked them up to try on. I will never be returning to any Lord and Taylor, or Lakeforest mall for that matter. No wonder retail is dying. Disgusted by the way I was treated here.

Was at Lord and Taylor, Lakeforest Mall on Monday 6/20/16. One of the managers Kim gave outstanding customer service at the Clinique counter. And I wanted to take the time and say thanks, great customer service is hard to find and I did appreciate her helping me find a product that was out of stock. Thanks Kim.

Horrible service. I went there on a Saturday evening asked someone who worked in the men's department for some help on the kids section. She stated that wasn't her department and told me to look for someone else to help me. I'm honestly disgusted by their lack of customer service.
