So far, my experience at every JCPenney store has been good, this was the same, this place is just like any other JCPenney store. Wouldn’t mind visiting this place again.

I bought a mattress that comes with 10 yeats warranty. After 6 months mattress went bad so asked to return. First, I was told that I have to pay restocking fee. I paid that even when fault isn’t mine. Then, I was told that I will be contacted for mattress pick up with 2-3 weeks. Its been more than a month and no body contacted me. I have to wait hour or so to call JCPenney for inquiring about pick up and after waiting for so long representative told me that they cannot do anything. Trucking company is left schedule behind. What kind of services is this? I am regretting on my decision of buying mattress from JCPenney. Please do not buy furniture or mattress from JCPenney. They have bad service I have experienced so far.

Black Friday::They said that they were gonna open the doors at 3pm for the people that weren't waiting for the thanksgiving coupons things. My parent's and I were waiting for half an hour to get in. Then they wouldn't let us in.
