Good thing this Macy is closing soon once the mall shuts down within the few years. Difficult to find a representative willing to help at the watch counter. After waiting for one to finish with another customer, I asked to try one on. She asked several times which one and couldn't understand which watch I was referring to (likely the watch area was not her department) then stated they don't allow you to try on a watch unless you're buying it. The only reason I went into the store was to try it on before purchasing it online elsewhere anyway for a better price. I took my business elsewhere and tried the watch on in Lord and Taylor, who were also willing to price match the online price. In hindsight, I should've bought the watch at Macy's, tried it on, and then return it immediately.

I was surprised to be immediately greeted by an employee when entering Macy's. I admit its been a while since shopping there. All the cashiers were also very friendly & helpful. A change from the aloof vibe I always felt before. Nice change!

Never applying again. Applied 2 times the first time was in May last year... I went to the interview & the person who was supposed to do the interview didn't appear so another lady told me to leave my name & number so that the lady who was going to do the interview could call me to reschedule... Never did.
The second time was in October, the person who was going to do the interview was there.. waited an hour and the only person there was me!! After waiting about an hour and 20 minutes.. a guy brings me to his office just to tell me that the position had been closed since the day before... they are sooo not professional.
