Protecting consumers! California has the strongest consumer protections! Even if the Dept can't help, it will refer you to other agencies . Dept doesn't work on tenant landlord disputes; it can refer you to other agencies.

They don't help consumers, at all, especially consumers affected by SCAMS. This program and this department should be shut down. The people hired to help consumers, including immigrants who are not US Citizens nor California legal residents, don't investigate and literally do not do anything, at all. If you are having the same issues, please promptly report them.

When you dial the number you are faced with flabbergasting, repetitious, antiquated, un-nerving menu. After you press a key you are faced with another lengthy options. To make a long story short, this situation goes on until you get "EXHAUSTED". Evidently Management NEVER had listen to the recording, which indicates..."Poor Management". A good Manager would listen to conversation and he/she would dial the number to verify that everything is in order. Your office provides a "vital service" to the Consumers. Under these circumstances you do NOT! Your recording is DEVIOUS!
