I always get the ham breakfast burrito! So amazing!!! Some people have said they have customer service issues but I have never had any at this location myself, always been a good experience. Keep up the good work guys! The prices have increased a little bit, but I think this has happened everywhere.
The only Los betos in treasure valley that still provide the same amount of meat in their burritos. All the other ones hardly put meat in them and it's more tortilla then anything. This is the only location I will go to. Just went there again the other day paid 5 extra dollars to add extra meat for 2 burritos. Had a good pre Pandemic burrito.
I've been coming to this location for years and I usually always get the same thing, the California Burrito and I'm never disappointed. This time I also tried a chimichanga and it was amazing. I also love their quesadillas, they're huge!
Update: The quality, value, and friendliness has greatly diminished over the last year+. Burritos are full of potatoes with little meat anymore when they were already borderline meaty but generally really good anyways. Not anymore. They have hired young people who don't care about giving you what you order consistently or made properly. They seem frustrated that you're there half the time. The food is above average for fast food Mexican, really quite tasty with the green and red sauces. Huge portions, priced well, and VERY fast service.
This was the absolute WORST customer service & experience I’ve ever had. After fighting with the employee at the window about my order being wrong 3 TIMES, I was assured it was correct and went home. I got home & the order is 100% wrong. There was guacamole on one, the consumer is allergic & couldn’t eat it. The other was a completely different burrito. I called to talk to someone and was hung up on twice and then they unplugged their phones. There’s no contact number other than the store number. Absolutely the worst experience. That shrimp burrito. It's an itch, an emotion, a high. Under the spell of a 1/3rd eaten shrimp burrito....You can taste love. You begin to visualize the sound waves. It's the smell on the side of your lover's neck in the morning at 2/3rds. You know you're safe and this may not last forever, but in this moment, you couldn't be happier. That last bite, with a little extra tortilla is laughing at a funeral, you're complete, but yet, also empty inside, as this sweet and tender delight is now here, but also not anymore. For the love, reader, I implore thee, buy a shrimp burrito assuming allergies allow and nurse it with some salsa and pickled accoutrement. May it grow into the unreasonable shrimp burrito addiction I now have!
Shrimp burrito huge $9. Took me an hour to eat. Got shrimp tacos had to save for tonights dinner They are open 24 hours a day too! I enjoyed their food; extremely good value
After a terrible experience across the street at Buffalo Wild Wings we took our empty stomachs here. We got a meal, 3 breakfast burritos for $37. Huge! Delicious! Great value and Fast!
Not very impressed. I don’t think it’s that hard to take the extra minute and a half to make sure the cheese is melted. Probably won’t be coming back anytime soon. Very kind staff though.
The employees that take orders are not the best. They only seem to hear through the speaker half the time, never repeat orders to ensure it's accurate, and I have seen them doing things like eating and talking on the phone while taking orders. Even when they ask you at the window "what salsa do you want?", they still might give you the wrong ones ‍
