This is the portion size I was given. It was about 6 bites worth of food for $10.55. I ate at a normal pace and it was gone in literally 3 minutes. What has this world come to? Not a manager on site and two inexperienced high school girls that didn’t know the spices or seasonings in the meat. What a joke! Meanwhile, I’m still hungry and going to have to eat a second “dinner” — if you can even call this first one a “meal.”
My experience was less than pleasing. I came in at a out 8pm and the floor had just been mopped and there was water everywhere, not a slight amount, but clear from a mop that was oversaturated. They were out of more than a few of the options including steak. The team was friendly, but not attentive. There was simply a lack of standards at this location. The most displeasing of all was a used glove on the cashier area customer facing. This place has all the making of a great fast food offering it of they work to improve their standards and cleanliness.
I ordered takeout online for me and my pregnant wife, when i got home the burrito I ordered literally fit inside my hand. About 1/4 of the size they usually are. Super super dissapointed!
We went at about 6:30 at night and it was HOT in the dining room. It felt like at least 80 degrees so we decided to take it to go instead of eating inside. The staff was friendly, but they rolled my burrito with a ripped tortilla so stuff is falling out all over the place. Not much attention to quality it seems.
This was my first time eating here. The queso is delicious. Although it contains peppers, it was not spicy. They do offer a spicy version. The veggie salad was delicious as well.
Dim lighting, slow employees, didn't answer any questions. Food costs are overpriced and thee burrito I had was all rice and black beans with a few tiny pieces of chicken. Not worth it.Food: 2/5
This location is great!! The employees are always so nice!!! I love this location and even drive from Nampa to this location because the food and customer service is always on point!! The food is always fresh and deliciously flavored!!
Food was good, but the staff leave a lot to be dedired. They were less than professional or wanting to help. They got my wife's order and her friends order wrong. When they told them what happened, they literally just looked at her with this combo of derp and we don't care. Needless to say, won't be back but we did get our money back.
This really saddens me as I used to LOVE Qdoba...however since 2020, the squeeze from increased "freshmex" competition and labor problems have terminally injured this business. Food has been AWFUL for atleast the last 2 yrs. I really hope they figure it out, but more and more this looks like a pipe dream, I had to walk out before ordering recently because not only have they discontinued some of the best items on their menu, but they also had food sitting in warmers that looked like it was 8+ hours old...steak that looked like it was turning into ground beef and chicken that was dried out to a crisp. Not good, they need some serious corrections to survive!
Wow, pretty hard to believe I just paid over $10 for a burrito.
