Holy…. Yikes. I’ve never experienced such horrible service. We waited for literally an hour. Which was stupid of us but at this point it was comical to everyone watching these 10 employees do the least while there was a line out the door. They were only working on online orders and just staring at us. It was insane. I’ve never seen so many employees with zero social awareness. Top crop. Haha. The place was disgustingly messy. I couldn’t even get the drink I wanted because everything was empty. They didn’t have chips? But then one person saw some and said something, so the guy grabs them for them and then tells everyone else they are all gone but we can clearly see them. If this was a restaurant, you lost like 50 patrons in the span of the two hours that we watched with horror. If it was a comedy show, congrats, one of the best! 10/10 would watch again.
The worst chipotle ive ever had. I don’t say this lightly but it will be a long time before I come back to this location, if ever. Black lettuce that makes you worry about ecoli poisoning. The salsa I paid for was half full as seen in photos. The husband’s burrito was a square shaped because it lacked ingredients. The guacamole was like the lid to the salt shaker fell off but they continued to serve it. Sooo many errors and old ingredients it’s hard to overlook. Seriously worried about getting sick after eating my salad. I tried to pick the lettuce out, but didn’t realize how bad it was until I was half way through.
OK .. we are dedicated Chipotle consumers so understanding the drill is in our wheelhouse. The Meridian / Eagle location has yet to disappoint us in .. wait for it .. being disappointing. We just dropped in yesterday to get a couple of bowls . You would think the servers are on a austerity incentive plan, the less they put in the bowls the bigger their bonus ! YIKES any less components in our purchase and they will owe us money!! Save yourself some time and visit one of the other locations in hopes that the portions are not less than a spoon size. Since it is still the Christmas holiday we award Meridian Chipotle the lump of coal award for 2021.
I picked up my order last Friday. The staff was friendly and told me they were running behind. I appreciated them communicating that and the wait wasn’t too bad, 20 minutes. I understand sometimes things are busy and that’s okay. It’s not the staff’s fault the online ordering only thing is the only option available at this location and its inefficient. But I digress, When I received my food the portion was absolutely absurd. Less than 15 pieces of steak, less than a tablespoon of guacamole that I paid an extra $2.50 for and a miserly serving of lettuce. Not worth the over $12 I paid. It seems to be a common problem at this Chipotle based on other reviews and I won’t be returning to this location.
Whoever manage this location needs to get train again! Actually the whole staff! They close at 10pm but at 8:30 they already ran out of almost everything! I guess they are too lazy to cook them. They asked us to order online instead, for some reason they don’t accept order in person. The place is so dirty, I got burrito bowl with white rice it was uncooked! I can’t eat it at all! The drink area was so dirty, even where they make the food. I was disgusted!
I placed a doordash order for a $15 burrito today from Chipotle. It might as well have been made for a toddler. Smallest $15 burrito. And this isn't the first time this has happened. I feel like this restaurant takes advantage of the customers not being there in person and delivers small portions for doordash orders. This is ridiculous. If I am paying $15 for a burrito, then I better get my money's worth. And don't even try calling this place. Tried calling and no one picked up. Needless to say, I was hungry and had to get back to work, so I ate my tiny $15 burrito. It was delicious, ALL FOUR BITES.
I dislike when I have to leave a bad review but here I am. The side of chips I purchased with my burrito were so stale it hurt my mouth to bite into them. When I asked a staff member he apologized and said all the chips were like that. He said he couldn't do anything and deffered immediately to the manager, whom is sitting right in front of me briefing employees. I don't have time to wait around for him to finish and come to a resolution but I don't think a Chipoltle should be offering chips they know are no good. Disappointing to say the least. The staff making my burrito were friendly and the burrito itself was fine. Just stay away from their chips in this location, around 3:30 PM or later, and you should be fine.
Tried it via GrubHub, which allowed me to put fajita veggies on the order, but nope, not in the bowl. That's my last order from this location. This location has really taken a nose dive in quality. Rarely have veggies, chicken has been cold last 2 times I ordered there.
Would you like meat, rice, chips or maybe even lettuce with your order?? Well chances are that you can’t at this location. So maybe grab a side of beans and call it a day. I have given this place so many tries and they’re either only doing online orders, closing early or out of food. Not to mention the time I had gotten the salsa and it was like the depths of hell opened up in my mouth. I always get the spicy option but holy cow was this stuff hot entering and exiting. The staff is ran by high school students who don’t care. You might want to bring a blanket and chair because chances are you will be sitting in line for a long time. Don’t recommend to anyone, ever.
The picture tells all! Been ordering from chipotle for years and after spending fifty dollars for this and chips, I am done. Burrito bowls were literally half full!
