One of the best workouts I've ever tried, seriously. Spin and Pilates have gotten kind of boring for me... I love how different and challenging PB is without having to worry about injury from anything high impact. Works all the hard to reach places and your core- a whole body kick-your butt challenging hour! Staff are all super friendly, instructors are very helpful, clear and attentive. Music is so good - energizes you without even really noticing it. Highly recommend!

This is the best barre workout for a perfect combination of high intensity yet low impact exercise. Music is motivating, technique is effective. Highly recommend.
