Ordered the Slow Burn, Pulled Pork, and Salami sandwiches. All were so tasty. The tri-tip was tender, the pulled pork was juicy and tender. The Salami was from Molinari's and they were pretty generous with the portion. Can't wait to go back there and try other sandwiches.

Not the cheapest meats in town.  But definitely the freshest.

Love their chicken club! It really hots the spot! Got to remember that they close the deli 15 minutes before closing though.

The best butcher in the South Bay... also the best sandwich shop in the South Bay. On the butcher side, they offer butchering services for any animal you hunt yourself. The meat counter has high-end pork, beef and chicken. The cuts are limited though. They also offer a rotating selection of turkey, boar, and other meats.
They are also a sub shop and offer and handful of subs. I have only ever had the Super Hero because it's the sub I've ever had anywhere. They use their one smoked tri-tip. It is amazing.
