I've been to Los Hermanos over a dozen times and each time my experience gets worse. We show up at 7 and the place is a ghost town. We get seated right away, which is great. Our server comes over and tells us that because of the size of our party (there were 8 of us) he was going to wait on drinks and get our orders and drinks at the same time... Okay? There's literally no one in the restaurant and the employees are all hanging out in one of the side rooms. Surely you can bring us drinks. Whatever. We're sitting 15 feet from the counter where all the chips and salsa are sitting and we still haven't gotten any so we flag him down and ask if we can have some. He brings them, takes our orders, and leaves. Drinks take another 10 minutes to get to us. Reminder, THERE IS NO ONE IN THE RESTAURANT. When the food comes almost everyones orders are wrong. He's gone before we realize the mistakes and he's no where to be found to tell him. Everyone is hungry so we just get over it and eat what was brought. The food is pretty average, though one girl said her taco smelled like a cows rear end. We eat, we're ready to go, and we have to flag down our server to bring our checks. He asks how we'd like the checks separated. We're all couples seated together which shouldn't be too hard to figure out but when the checks come every single one of them is wrong. He then goes around and asks each and every person what they ordered so he can go back and try again. By the time we get the right checks I'm in no mood to give any tip at all but luckily for them my girlfriend is nicer than I am. Never coming back. Also, the salsa is disgusting and if I were a Mexican I would be offended by the disrespect.

The atmosphere is good, very cozy and friendly. The staff is good, very attentive to the needs of the patrons. The food is fine. When I eat here I am paying for the atmosphere/company of the person I'm with, not for the food

This is a really good family, sit-down, mexican restaurant. Its not super cheap but the meals are pretty big and delicious. Also a great place for a bunch of college students to go if you just want to share the massive plate of nachos they have. Not to mention the waiting staff was super helpful and friendly the first time I came which made it a lot easier to figure out what I wanted to eat.

Honestly, not that great. When I came here 6 years ago I got food poisoning. This time I'm alright, but the food was mediocre at best. The food was terribly hot, so that everyone at the table burned their mouths and has sores now, and it was bland. The salsa tasted like sweet blended tomato, and the burrito had one flavor... Salt. Surprisingly, while everything else was burning hot, the beans and rice on my plate were room temperature, and the rice did not taste fresh. The drinks were good though, and the service was friendly. If you know you like it here, keep going. If you're wondering if you should try it, I wouldn't recommend. Also, it needs some real spice added to the food.

Was in the mood for taco salad so I decided to come here. Turns out I should've just gone to an American restaurant since I would have had better taco salad there. Too much beans and non-stop iceberg lettuce do not got Mexican food make--it was incredibly bland My waiter was nice
