Los Ranchos has lost their 1990s customer service and taste. I'm not sure what exactly happened through the years but it's not the same. 5 days ago was our family's last time there.

Food was at least decent, but prices are way too high. You could go to the kife and get better quality at a lower price. Service was decent, but there are so many missing details that a place like this should have. For one, there was *paper* covering the table cloth. Seriously? That eliminates the point of the cloth entirely, and it was uncomfortable to deal with. The bartenders were always on their phones, I even noticed that a guy who got here before me didn't get my food until I was about to leave. So the point is that for $20 a plate, there are way better options, for cheaper, and serious service.

I had not been to Los Ranchos for a very long time, but after seeing the remodeling I decided to go. The food is much better than before and of high quality. The restaurant itself is also decorated nicer. Would reccomend.

Really good Food, but unfortunately the staff is not good, you can’t call after 9:10pm to place an order for pick up because there’s always a story, system down, we run out off steak, cook have an emergency  and so on and on.... believe me, have happened to me a few times. I won’t order from them anymore. It’s a shame for the owner that probably don’t know what’s happening.

The food was good but the service was horrible. The girl that brought us water wouldn't acknowledge us when we would thank her for the service. The same story goes for the girl that brought us bread, we would thank her and she just ignored us. The water girl came by the second time and would point to our glasses and not say a word. I thought maybe they were deaf but saw them talking and having a great o' time when not serving us. Never going back to Los Ranchos.
