Dec 25th I visited this place with my 2 daughters and wife my $20 filet mignon was over cooked the waiter very kindly said he would have another cooked for me. I waited 20 mins and nothing so I walked to the kitchen and saw my mash potato and onion rings were there sitting cold waiting for the meat I very kindly asked the manager that was standing there to please cancel the order because I was not going to eat the sides cold plus after waiting 20-25 mins, he just told the cook to cancel.I asked the check and left. Thank you for the great service and sending me home hungry ! I didnt want free food jackass I make enough to order a $20 dish in that place. A “sorry sir we will give you fresh sides” would of done it. That guy is not suited for a management position !

Great service, wasn't too busy so they moved me straight into a booth. They ran out of regular fries, so they gave me these tiny fries that only took up about half a regular portion. And still charged me full price for them. Disappointed at that, because I'm paying 9$ for a plate of fries. As mentioned the restaurant was pretty empty, yet the waiter didn't come around as often to check up on us and I ended up with no water for about half of my visit.

Cool place, nice bar, great staff, decent food.. I come here about once a week and it never fails. Food is hit or miss, BUT NEVER BAD... it's normally good with the occasional "ok"... staff is about as cool as they come.

Great food! Great service! Great prices! Great music! Huge TVs! First time eating real food...Jambalaya & Ossobuco. Of course we had wings too cause you can't come to Ale House & not get their amazing wings.
