Left the car for 3 hours. Came back to 2 windows smashed in and our car rifled through. Another car 2 over from ours had a window smashed too. Attendant said he could only see the stairwell on his security cam and asked if I saw any homeless people up by the cars. Not helpful at all! Will not park there again.

Sharp turns and single lane, so can get crowded during peak hours. Across from Portland art institute makes location great for pearl district access.

Our car was broken in to here. The police in this city only respond to shootings and violence or missing guns and medication. There are no cameras here and no security at all. Right across the street from gentrified bars. Don't expect anyone to help or care if your property is destroyed. Good luck staying safe.

I have used this lot dozens of times. It's almost always $5 flat rate on weekends. There's plenty of room and it's location is a block or two from Powell's, Whole Foods, and many other popular places.
