Horrible staff. Needed help with getting out (since it made us pay again) so we pressed to call for assistance button. Bad option. Guy said "it has happened to other customers but you learned your lesson so just pay it." I mean it was only few dollars so I wasn't upset but really? Couldn't put it in another way? Was it just that difficult?

A well lit, clean parking garage... paid $4/hr to park, not too bad... the signage is a little confusing and the garage was packed ... some of the corners are really tight for two way travel

Great experience from the night attendant n the 13th street exit. She was very helpful when we lost our ticket. Will use this garage again and again for the safety and customer service!
