Lotus Day Spa is Hampton Roads newest gem. We are an upscale day spa located in Norfolk, Va. We provide skin-perfecting facial, rejuvenating massage, body scrub, permanent make-up, eyelash extensions and posh manicures and pedicures. Leave feeling utterly relaxed and rejuvenated. We also have the perfect gifts: from spa gift cards to the best and latest in beauty & gifts.

Appointment Policy
All Walk-Ins are still welcome!
We ask that clients show up 5 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment so that we can have you sign in, verify the appointment and ensure that the appointment starts on time.
If you are not signed in 5 minutes before the scheduled appointment and/or are late without notifying us, the scheduled client will be given walk-in status. Meaning that you will be serviced at the next available time according to sign-in sheet and appointment book.
All walk-ins must sign in and will be serviced at next available opening. Wait times may vary.
If client is running late, or if the client decides they no longer wish to show up for the scheduled appointment, we ask to be notified via phone call at 757-222-9929.
We also ask that at the time of the scheduled appointment that extra services not be added on unless we an appropriate amount of time in between the next appointment or walk-in. This is to ensure that we avoid over-booking and unecessary wait times on present and unserviced clients.

We sincerely hope that no one is inconvenienced by this new policy, but this is to simply organize our cliental and to ensure that all appointments are honored. We want to give the best service possible in a timely manner.

This was my first time Lotus Day Spa and it was far from disappointing. This location does function as a “By Appointment” only location, which is very reasonable due to the high quality of service provided. I called ahead and was accommodated for a last minute appointment for a pedicure. When I first arrived  the staff greeted me and were very friendly. Stephen preformed my pedicure and was very professional and pleasing to speak with. I highly recommend this location for any Day Spa needs!

I am so disappointed by this place. My friend and myself were going for the first time and were going to be regular clients because of their amazing reviews. However, this salon’s disorganization and lack of accountability is ridiculous.

I made an appointment a day in an advance and was told 4 pm by the receptionist 3 times and paid a $30 deposit. We arrived at 3:30 the following day only to be told that we didn’t have an appointment. After insisting that the receptionist booked us at 4 pm, they looked at the schedule again and said the appointment was at 5:00. I advised that I had a dinner at 5:30 and again, we were booked for 4pm. We were told to reschedule for another day, which we begrudgingly did.

We asked to speak with the receptionist who ADMITTED to booking us at 4 pm several times to the point that she and the front desk staff were actually arguing about it. However, the staff made ZERO attempts to honor the 4 pm appointment or even refund the deposit given their mistake. I stated that I wanted to cancel the rescheduled appointment and also wanted my deposit back. At this point they stated there was time and we could be “squeezed in”. This salon get a lot of business and was packed when I arrived for my appointment. I was already going to spend at least $90 in services and I was not going to be “squeezed in” at the mercy of the line of customers when I was booked for an actual appointment.
I will never come back to this salon and the search continues for another one.

Note to this business: when you make a mistake and your client doesn’t, bend over backwards to rectify the situation and ensure their continued business. You can’t make a mistake and then further inconvenience your client when they are paying you a significant amount of money.

Went on Thursday, March 1st and was over charged. When I called they require a $20 dollar deposit to hold the booking and they said it would go towards my services. I had 2 pedicures done which added to $55 dollars which then I added a $10. So that ends up being a total of $65 dollars. My future mother in-law paid for the services which it didn’t even show the $20 taken off that they already charged me!! So what was supposed to be a $65 all together charge ended up being her being charged for $65 and me $20. This is ridiculous! In addition, when we left we booked a mani, pedi, and a 45 minute massage that the woman never booked. She said she would move the deposit over to the services for today but she never did because she never booked the services for today to begin with. I need the $20 that you guys took from my card refunded to my card because we paid fully for them. This is not a place to go to. Avoid them at all costs!!

100% professional, excellent service, 5 stars. I got a Brazilian wax and it was my first time. Thai took really great care of me and made me feel comfortable.

I love this place! My husband and I come here often. It’s our go to nail place. I recommend it to my friends and just brought one here and she loved it. My husband just tried the massages and he’s loves them lol
