Story

Lotus offers the best in facials, nails and massage. We were voted Best Therapeutic Massage by What's Up magazine for 2013-2015. We are so proud of this title and hope to keep it for a long time to come.

Our studio offers a holistic approach to bodywork, skin and nails. We take our time with our clients to truly listen to their needs and provide them with first class service.

Lotus is known for using more organic and vegan ingredients and products where we can.

Need some pampering try Lotus Wellness Boutique,  you will not regret it

I recieved a Brazilian wax from Melissa. Everything went extremely well in the room, she made it as quick and painless as possible and was very personable!! 

The only reason I'm giving this less than 5 stars is because of the difficulties I faced scheduling the appointment. I saw online that they had a 1 o'clock appointment open, but instead of making it online I decided to call. They answered and said they'd have to give me a call back in a few minutes. Roughly 20 minutes later, I got a call back and the receptionist told me that 1:30 was unavailable, but 1 o'clock was free. I'm not sure if she was confused or if she didn't listen, but that was the time I had wanted initially. So that paired with waiting for the return call wasn't the best professionalism. But other than that, Melissa was great and I'd probably go again.

This is a nice small place away from congested town centers or shopping areas. The service was excellent, the staff very polite and friendly, and the atmosphere very relaxing and comfortable.

There is honestly not very much to say about this boutique. I have had awful experience every time I have gone. They do not know how to do customer service correctly and think they can cover it up with specials, also I received a massage from the owner that was poor and rushed.

Although waxing is usually painful, Cate does a great job and she tries to alleviate the discomfort associated with it.
