Thank you for visiting! It is the mission of Well Being Spa to provide chronic pain management, stress reduction, and a sense of well being through therapeutic and ethical services built upon confidentiality and professionalism.
You know it feels good to get a massage, and you're likely convinced massage is beneficial to your health. But how much can it do for you really? Reduce back pain, enhance immunity, improve joint health, ease migraines. And that's just the beginning.
I specialize in deep tissue massage delivered with a compassionate touch. I firmly believe that massage, whether used as preventative medicine, or in conjunction with more traditional forms of healing, can allow you to progress to higher levels of physical and emotional well being. Massage therapy gives the body a chance to release stress, pain and emotional fatigue.

I came in for a prenatal massage and a facial. I am 7 months pregnant and have been experiencing terrible back pain for a while, and thought that a massage might help. Jenny did an amazing job, and my back pain has been gone ever since! After the massage I immediately went into my facial with Leah, who also did outstanding! I loved how personal the entire experience was, they both took the time to evaluate my own needs, instead of just giving a cookie-cutter procedure. I will definitely be returning to see both of them!

I've been going to Yuri for the last 5 years -- and it all started with living social. I had gotten a voucher for a massage and have never looked back. He not only takes time to hear what I do on a regular basis that might be the cause of certain knots in my shoulders/neck [heavy tote bags, luggage, air travel in general], he always stops along the way to make sure that hot stones aren't too hot, pressure is right, and you aren't in pain. I've sent two family members his way and am always talking about my great experience at this peaceful, relaxing and wonderful haven. Yuri -- you rock!

Those 4 stars are for Emil; the overall experience I'd give 3 stars.  Emil really worked at getting out a really tough lactic acid build up in my shoulders, and remedied me of the pain I had been experiencing.  However, there was an active Crossfit class going on at the same time as my 60 min massage, so I was never fully able to relax, and as another commenter mentioned, you could definitely smell the rubber mats from their gym.  Also, their restroom is located in the gym, so you have to exit the spa to use the restroom.

I don't know if I'll be back; there are other spas in the area that are more 'spa-like' and can allow customers to truly and fully enjoy their experience.

My fiance and I just recently received a couples massage from Well Being Massage Studio and Spa....we loved it! We were massaged by Li and Emil and they both did a phenomenal job. They were  very professional, consulted with us one-on-one before our massage began, and checked in on us as they massaged us to make sure we were comfortable. The spa itself was very clean with a beautiful, soothing atmosphere. From the moment we stepped into Well Being we knew that we were in for a much needed relaxing hour. After our massages we vowed to each other that we would try our best to come once a month.

I first came to Well Being looking for a massage. It was wonderful, and relaxing. Next time, I had recently thrown my back out and needed some relief. My therapist was Li and she was amazing. She found the pain all over my back and I'm going back next Saturday to see if we can knock out this pain for good. Highly recommended. Near McGaw and Dobbin Ln intersection.
