Wow! Talk about amazing the staff were very helpful and very kind. My dad wanted a customd deep-dish as a main course. They were actually very accommodating and they put something together for her and then the chef came out and asked her how it was? She was very very happy and surprised that The chef actually cared whether she liked her meal or not. I would definitely come back again it was so much fun we had a party of seven. I wish a lot of restaurants would learn from this restaurant as far as Customer Service goes. The food was amazing and we all got to take food home because the serving sizes are huge. I did not like their margarita so I just gave up on the drinks. By the end of the night my sister had asked us if we came here a lot. We told her no and my husband said this is how Customer Service should be.

Consistently delicious deep dish pizza delivered hot and on time.  Tastes exactly the same as in the restaurant!  Great ordering app.  'Been going there for many years for special family occasions.  The only deep dish we'll eat - nothing else compares.

Be aware you will wait 35 minutes or so for the food to come out.  They tell you this in advance, and I assure you it is worth the wait.  You will love this pizza.  A small will feed you twice. It is a lot of yummy food.  Get the Lou, you wont regret it!

Great service, great food every time!   We arrived at 8:45pm and there was only a 10 min. wait and a parking spot in front of the entrance opened up just as we arrived.  We got a good laugh out of having that kind of luck.  Half way through our meal the dining room was 75% empty.  It's usually so crowded when we've arrived earlier.  Always love coming here :)

Always consistently good deep dish pizza. It's all we ever order but love every single bite. The family salad is also our favorite. Three of us at a large size though it could normally be a regular salad for 5-6 people. We love it that much!
