After we came home and my wife started throwing up I had to share our experience. First time eating there. Slow service., food sucked. Teenager staff that I didn't see using any kind of gloves handling your food. Probably don't even wash their hands. NEVER WILL EAT THERE AGAIN!

As another reviewer stated, they are very understaffed. If they are busy, expect to wait an hour for your food. They really need to let people know what the wait will be, or how many orders are already backed up.

Service was pretty terrible. They seemed understaffed. The patio kept getting fuller and fuller and there were about three waiters for 16 tables...they should have started a wait. The biggest issue was that our food (a bagel and cream cheese, hummus and chips, and a chicken sandwich) took over 40 minutes to get to us...not a good look :( It's a new place so I understand that things might not be well-oiled yet, but 40 minutes for a bagel? Come on. I hope they work out the kinks of this place because it's a cute spot in a very nice location.

Funny how people on here expect an upscale country club experience. If you do, you'll be disappointed. If you take it for what it is, basically a park district cafe with mostly H.S. Kids working it, you'll enjoy your visit and have a decent bite to eat.
